Event Room at The San Ducerro Vineyards for your next special occasion
The Event Room has a breathtaking view of rolling meadows and the surrounding
vineyards.
It's the perfect location for rehearsal dinners, small weddings, receptions,
birthday & graduation parties,
corporate meetings, baby & wedding showers, fundraisers, charity events, and
family gatherings.
Our Event Room can comfortably accommodate up to 72 guests.
When you sign a rental
contract with us, you will be required to comply with the our regulations and
procedures.

Rates
Bronze Event Package - $250
Our Bronze
Event Package includes standard use of the event room for
two hours and two 60" diameter round tables with 8 chairs each.
The Bronze Event Package is designed for groups of up to 16 guests.
Wine - by glass or bottle - and logo glasses are available for purchase
separately.
No Outside Alcohol is permitted on premises per TABC regulations.
No additional chairs, tables, or linens may be added.
Additional hours are available at $125 per hour - Only full hours
may be added. See event regulations below for additional details.
Silver Event Package - $475
Our Silver
Event Package includes standard use of the event room for
Four hours and two 60" diameter round tables with 8 chairs each.
The Silver Event Package is designed for groups of up to 16 guests.
Wine - by glass or bottle - and logo glasses are available for purchase
separately.
No Outside Alcohol is permitted on premises per TABC regulations.
No additional chairs, tables, or linens may be added.
Additional hours are available at $125 per hour - Only full hours
may be added. See event regulations below for additional details.
Gold Event Package - $750
Our Gold Event
Package includes standard use of the event room for
two hours and up to Nine 60" diameter round tables with 8 chairs each.
The Gold Event Package is designed for groups of up to 72 guests. This package
includes a complimentary wine tasting (at bar) for each legal age guest (over
21).
Wine - by glass or bottle - and logo glasses are available for purchase
separately.

Platinum Event Package - $1200
Our Platinum
Event Package includes standard use of the event room for
four hours and up to Nine 60" diameter round tables with 8 chairs each.
The Platinum Event Package is designed for groups of up to 72 guests. This
package
includes a complimentary wine tasting (at bar) for each legal age guest (over
21).
Wine - by glass or bottle - and logo glasses are available for purchase
separately.

Event Regulations for All Packages
Deposits and Fees
A 25% non-refundable deposit
is required to hold the date requested. This deposit shall be applied to the
balance of the rental contract.
The remaining balance is required 3 days prior to your rental. Please make
checks payable to San Ducerro Vineyards.
Each guest shall be responsible for wine and merchandise purchases outside of Event Package agreement.
You and your caterer may arrive ONE HOUR prior to
your rental start time to setup decorations and/or catering services prior
to your guests
arriving - you will not be billed for this time. If the rental exceeds the
time period detailed in the contract, the additional time will be your
responsibility and shall be billed in hour increments.
Rental
Facilities
The Event Room can
accommodate nine (9) 60 inch round tables seating 8 per table for a
maximum of 72 guests. San Ducerro will provide tables, chairs,
and linens to meet the maximum number of guests per your Event Package. Your
caterer may bring in extra tables to the Event Room.
San Ducerro will provide
wine glasses for tastings. Wine glasses are NOT included in pricing but may
be purchased at a discounted rate of $2.75 per glass.
Any special arrangements
not expressly identified in the Event Package must be detailed by addendum
in the rental contract.
The San Ducerro front
tasting room is not included in your event rental and will remain open
during regular business hours - please be aware other
winery patrons may be present. Events after our regular business hours are
private and no outside guests will be allowed.
Well-behaved children and guests under 21 are welcome at the winery.
Smoking Policy
The entire winery is a non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted outside only on our STAR Patio. This policy is strictly enforced.
Food Service
No full-service kitchen is
available. You may bring in chaffing dishes, roasters or crock pots to keep
your food warm.
You may contract with any
caterer or provide your own food. Caterer must be approved by San Ducerro
prior to event.
Late departure time will be
the renter’s responsibility. It is your responsibility to notify the caterer
of the regulations laid out in this document.
We do not provide utensils,
cups (other than wine glasses), ice, plates, napkins or serving utensils.
You will need to bring in all supplies.
You are welcome to
bring in your own soda, water, and non-alcoholic beverages for your event.
Hard liquor is expressively forbidden by law.
Wine Service
A server will be in the room with you for the entire rental. For planning purposes, each bottle of wine holds five 5 glasses of wine (5 oz. pour) or
60 glasses of wine per case. A case of wine is 12 bottles and can be mixed and matched. We offer a wine case discount of 10%.
We suggest having the server help each of your guests find a wine they like. You - or your guests - will be responsible for the cost of wine purchased
outside of that which is provided in your Event Package.
In accordance with state law, we will not
serve any guest who, in our sole judgment, appears to be intoxicated, nor will we allow any wine
to be
served to minors who may be in your group.
Due to the limits of our winery license, no other liquor (opened or unopened) is permitted on the premises (including parking lots and grounds). Bringing any other liquor on the
grounds is illegal and will be considered a breach of the rental contract. Any such breach will result in you and your guests being required to leave immediately.
Decorations and Entertainment
The Event Room may only be decorated in a manner which in our judgment does not damage the facilities.
No confetti, silly string or similar substances will be allowed. Please consult with us in advance regarding decorations to avoid problems.
If you would like music, you will need to provide your own devices (ipod speakers/dock). You may hire appropriate entertainment for your event
if you choose. Please notify us if you do. We reserve the right to remove or modify any aspect of decorations or entertainment, which we feel, in our sole judgment,
poses a safety risk or nuisance to your guests or the general public, or which any of our employees or we believe is inappropriate.
Cleanup
You and/or your caterer
will be responsible for cleanup of the caterer's preparation area at the end
of your event. All catering items must be removed from
the Event Room
upon completion of the rental.
San Ducerro will provide replacement trash bags for wastebaskets and will be responsible for washing wine glasses.
The winery is not responsible for lost or stolen articles during your rental. Items left after your event will be placed in our lost and found.
Damage Clause
The renter is responsible
and liable for any damage or loss while renting the facility. San Ducerro
wine glasses are not included in rental price and may
be purchased at $2.75 per glass. Wine glasses which are broken by guests
will need to be purchase at $2.75 per glass.
Any damage to the San Ducerro
facilities - caused by you or your guests during your event - will be the
responsibility of the individual or organization renting our facility.
In the event of facility damage, San Ducerro Vineyards will notify the renter
within 24 hours of the end of the Event and then seek competitive bids to repair
the damage.
The renter will then be responsible for paying the costs of repairs within 30
days of notification.
